Before starting Ide Concrete Homes,
I worked for 11 years as a CPA and
technology consultant. This gives
me a great understanding of how a
business should be run as well as the
capabilities to provide you with the
financial information you want
throughout the project. This
experience has also helped me provide
more accurate budgets before the
project. In the last 5 years, we
have only gone over budget one time.
In 2005, I decided to build my family
our first ICF home. I was my own
contractor because I had worked as a
handyman as well since I was probably 15
years old. Every week I would have
several different families stop by and look
at what I was doing. Eventually they
started bringing me plans and asking if I
would build for them. The day somebody
brought me a set of plans for a $1,000,000
home, I decided that maybe I should be a
builder.
I thoroughly enjoy building homes for
people and I hope I get the chance to build
for you on your next home.
